Business with a VAT quarter July-September must process their VAT online with HMRC by 7th November. Remember, if you have a direct debit set up the payment will not be taken until 12th November!
Companies with a year end of 28th February must file their annual accounts with Companies House by 30th November to avoid late filing penalties. They must also pay their Corporation Tax liability to HMRC by 1st December.
